Work Outlook
Work in town has been stable. Contra Costa has started to hire for the Nestle shutdown, there should be lots of overtime and will last 3 to 4 weeks. Contra Costa has also started a shutdown at La Paloma, this job should last 2 to 3 months with some OT. California certification will be required for these jobs. IME has finished Greenfield School Dist. Bechtel has peaked and is now reducing manpower on the Catalina project. They should be starting Phase 2 of the project by the end of January. The Antelope Valley Solar Farm should be starting after the first of the year. We currently have signed PLA's or are in negotiations for over 2000MW of solar generation.
