Applicants with less than 4000 hrs. of experience must have:

   1. Graduated High School or received a G.E.D.

   2. Supply a SEALED High School Transcript.

   3. A completed course of High School Algebra or
       one semester of college algebra with at least a grade of C.

   Applicants with more than 4000 hrs. of experience must have:

   1. A SEALED High School Transcript.
